Business Turnaround and Recovery
Productivity SA's business turnaround publications document the work of the Business Turnaround and Recovery Programme, which has saved over 145,000 jobs and created more than 600 new positions since its inception. Funded by the Department of Labour UIF, the programme acts as a search and rescue agency for struggling South African companies, guided by the Declaration of the Presidential Jobs Summit. These publications share case studies from the assessment, crisis management, and capacity building process, showing how Future Forums and trained Productivity Champions help companies stabilise, retain jobs, and build lasting productivity improvements.
