National Quality and Productivity Network (NQPN)

Explore NQPN publications from the National Quality and Productivity Network, established through an agreement between the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic). These publications document how Kaizen, the Japanese approach to continuous improvement, is being introduced across Eastern Cape, Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal, and the Western Cape through trained Kaizen Trainers and Consultants.
