Competitiveness Improvement Services
Productivity SA's competitiveness improvement publications cover the work of the Competitiveness Improvement Services unit, which supports SMMEs, cooperatives, and larger enterprises through the Workplace Challenge Programme and Competitiveness Enhancement Programme. Funded in part by the dtic, these interventions focus on operational efficiency, quality, and market access, helping businesses adopt world class productivity practices while supporting Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment. Publications here include case studies, cluster results, and toolkit outcomes from Productivity Champions trained across the manufacturing, agriculture, and agro processing sectors, showing how targeted support drives measurable business improvement.
