In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

- Social media management tools (e.g. Metricool) – for scheduling, publishing, and analysing social media content
- Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) – for campaign delivery and analytics
- Data analytics services – for website and campaign performance reporting
- Website hosting service providers – for website operation and maintenance
- Government entities – where required by law
We may also need to share your personal information in the following situations:
- Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another entity.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. These technologies help us maintain the security of our Services, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.
We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising purposes, including to help manage and display advertisements and to tailor advertisements to your interests.
The tracking technologies we use include:
- Meta Pixel – to track conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads
- Metricool – for social media analytics and scheduling, which may track engagement and performance data across our social media profiles

- TikTok Pixel – to track conversions from TikTok ads
- LinkedIn Insight Tag – to measure LinkedIn campaign performance

Google API. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). Specifically:
- Lead and enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years from the date of collection
- If you become a client, your data is retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 5 years thereafter
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organisational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Under POPIA and, where applicable, GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to access – Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Right to correction – Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Right to deletion – Request that we delete your personal information
- Right to object – Object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes
- Withdrawing your consent – If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
10. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS
In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Some of the third-party platforms and service providers we use — including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, and Metricool — are based outside of South Africa and may store or process your personal information on servers located in other countries, including the United States and members of the European Union.
Where your data is transferred outside of South Africa, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient is subject to a law, binding corporate rules, or a binding agreement that provides an adequate level of protection equivalent to POPIA. By using our Services or submitting your information, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your data as described in this section.
11. DO OTHER REGIONS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

International Visitors
If you are accessing our Services from outside South Africa, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in South Africa. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer. Your rights remain as outlined in Section 8 of this notice.
