CALL FOR EXHIBITORS – AFRICA KAIZEN ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2025
The Africa Kaizen Annual Conference (AKAC) 2025 will take place on 27–28 October 2025 at the
Birchwood Hotel, Boksburg, South Africa. As part of the conference, a Panel Exhibition will be held in the
Cedarwood and Yellowwood Rooms, located close to the main conference hall. This exhibition offers a
unique platform for manufacturing companies to showcase their Kaizen (Quality and Productivity
Improvement – QPI) success stories to policymakers, industry leaders, and international partners from
across Africa.
We are pleased to announce an open call for up to 16 manufacturing companies to participate in the
exhibition. Selected companies will be provided with a 3m x 2m exhibition stand (8 stands per room) free
of charge. Exhibitors are expected to prepare their own display content, which may include posters, panels,
pamphlets, sample products, videos, or other materials to demonstrate their achievements and activities
in QPI/Kaizen.

Exhibition Style
• Panel / poster presentation
• Product or service display
• Pamphlets, videos, and other promotional materials
• Organiser provides panels, desk, and chairs; exhibitors prepare and install their own content and
materials
Costs
• The organiser covers the cost of the exhibition panels and basic furniture.
• Exhibitors are responsible for all costs related to content preparation, printing, and display
materials.
Preparation Schedule
• August 2025: Call for exhibitors, selection of exhibitors
• September 2025: ; Orientation; space allocation, preparation of exhibition content by exhibitors
• October 2025: Pre-event meeting with exhibitors; panel installation on 26 October; exhibition on
27–28 October; dismantling on the evening of 28 October

How to Apply
Interested companies are invited to submit an expression of interest including:
1. Company name, address, and contact details
2. Brief description of Kaizen/QPI activities and achievements
3. Proposed content for the exhibition panel(s) (text, images, videos))
4. Any special requirements (e.g., electricity, audiovisual equipment)
Selection Process
1. Final selection will be made by NQPN management team
2. Preference will be given to companies that participated in the Kaizen project with the NQPN
members
