SALARY: R 1,646,423 up to R 1,946,574 (all -inclusive total Cost to Company per annum)

REQUIREMENTS: Basic (NQF L7) Degree, Honours degree, and Master’s qualification, preferably in Business Management, or Macroeconomics (MBA/MBL or any related master’s degree). A valid driver’s licence. At least ten (10) years’ experience in a senior management position, five (5) of which were in an executive position overseeing strategy and organisational effectiveness, Strategic management and leadership, Building and maintaining strategic partnerships and alliances, Managing stakeholder relationships. Sound knowledge and application of macroeconomic and industrial policies and programmes, Sound knowledge and application of the PFMA and financial management, Sound knowledge and application of productivity and competitiveness concepts. Skills: Strategic capability and leadership, Strong communication skills for liaison at different levels of government and corporate structures within South Africa as well as internationally, Negotiating and networking, Proven track record of good leadership and management, Policy development and implementation, Analytical and Research, Proposal writing and fund raising.
DUTIES (Summarised):
- Manage development and implementation of the organizational strategy and Business Plan.
- Position the organization in the market to meet stakeholder’s needs in terms of productivity solutions. (Optimize Market Research and business development).
- Lead Financial management/ Revenue growth and compliance with public financial management act.
- Prioritize people resourcing and development.
- Effectively manage Stakeholder and Strategic Partnership relations.
- Customer Centric - Optimize the Marketing Strategy to increase customer satisfaction percentage.
- Ensure that Self Development Objectives are achieved in the Organization.
- Effectively manage Corporate Risk & Governance.
- Lead Organization to achieve its objectives (all planned targets), as well as Clean Audit Reports.
- Meet all Reporting requirements to the Board, Department & key stakeholders.
